project description: The goal was to create a space that was modern, inviting and allow for the clients to host family and friends. The pallet of the home is neutral to allow for colour to be added in the décor. The kitchen is open and has different seating areas for hosting. The great room has a large window to view the lake, ceiling detailing to add interest, and a fireplace as the main feature. The master bedroom and en-suite have a romantic feel and a monochromatic colour scheme. The main bathroom is practical and clean looking. The basement is masculine yet timeless due to its darker elements in comparison to the main floor.
